How we developed our vision and mission in 2025-

Our vision and mission was developed collaboratively through a comprehensive and inclusive process. Staff working groups, senior leaders, parents, governors and learners all played a key role in shaping its direction. We actively sought the views of all stakeholders and engaged the wider school community to ensure the vision and mission truly reflects our shared values and aspirations.
