Through Expressive Arts, children can express themselves creatively through various art forms including art, dance, drama, film, digital media, and music. This helps them develop their artistic and performance skills.
Health and Wellbeing is about taking care of both physical and mental health, including emotional well-being. Students will learn about healthy eating and how to make good choices, cope with influences, and build healthy relationships.
Humanities is about understanding the world, society, and events of the past and present. Students will examine the challenges and opportunities that we face, and consider ethical actions we can take to protect the world and its people in the future.
In Languages, Literacy, and Communication, students will learn languages such as Welsh and English, among others. They will study and create literature, and communicate in spoken, written, or visual forms, including poetry, drama, and film.
Students learn math and numeracy concepts and techniques for manipulating and analysing numbers. This includes topics such as arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. Students may also learn how to apply math to real-world situations. Through math and numeracy study, students develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and complex idea analysis and communication skills.
In Science & Technology your child will learn about biology, chemistry, physics, computer science and design and technology. They’ll learn about design and engineering, living things, matter, forces and energy, and how computers work.
